- Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:

- Supply required materials (logos, website access, content, links, tracking codes)
- Approve campaign materials in a timely manner
Delays caused by the client may affect delivery timelines.
- Payments & Refund Policy
All payments must be made according to the agreed invoice or proposal.
Unless otherwise stated in writing:
- Payments are non-refundable once services have commenced.
- Marketing services are considered delivered when placements, outreach, or campaign execution begins.
- Partial refunds, if any, are at Company discretion only.

- Performance Disclaimer

- Intellectual Property
All content created by CryptoTrafficMarket remains Company property until full payment is received.
Upon full payment:
- The client receives rights to use delivered marketing materials.
- The Company retains the right to display work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
All trademarks, logos, and brand assets provided by the client remain client property.
- Confidentiality
We agree not to disclose confidential client information except:
- As required to execute services
- To subcontractors under confidentiality obligations
- When required by law
Clients agree not to disclose proprietary strategies, pricing structures, or internal processes of CryptoTrafficMarket.
- Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
CryptoTrafficMarket shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, token value loss, or reputational damage.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
- Termination
We reserve the right to terminate services immediately if:
- The project is found to be fraudulent or illegal
- The client breaches these Terms
- Payment obligations are not met
Termination does not entitle the client to refunds for services already rendered.
- Third-Party Platforms
Our services involve third-party platforms such as Telegram, X (Twitter), Google, Reddit, crypto media, and analytics providers.
We are not responsible for:
- Platform policy changes
- Account suspensions
- Third-party service disruptions
Use of such platforms is subject to their own Terms & Conditions.
- Governing Law
